Mobile Labs & Wellness is a self-pay mobile specimen collection service.
Our mobile collection fee is not covered by insurance and is due at the time of booking or service.
If requested, we can provide an itemized receipt (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your insurance plan and benefits.
Laboratory testing fees are billed separately by the performing laboratory and may be billed to your insurance, depending on your provider's order, the laboratory used, and your insurance coverage.
Please Note: A valid laboratory requisition (lab order) is required. Don't have one? We may be able to help you obtain an order for eligible laboratory testing through one of our partnered providers.
This policy applies to Routine and STAT collection services only. Specialty testing and self-pay laboratory testing may have different pricing.

Mobile Blood Draws
Professional mobile blood collection performed in the comfort of your home, workplace, assisted living community, or other preferred location. We accept laboratory orders from any licensed healthcare provider and deliver specimens to the designated laboratory.

Need your specimen collected today? Our STAT service offers same-day mobile specimen collection for eligible laboratory orders, subject to availability.

Specialty Kit Collections
We collect and prepare specimens for most specialty laboratory testing kits. Our collection fee includes specimen processing and delivery to the designated shipping carrier. Patients must provide their specialty testing kit.

Urine Collection
We provide professional urine specimen collection for provider-ordered laboratory testing. Whether collected during your appointment or already completed, we'll ensure your specimen is handled and delivered according to laboratory requirements.

Specimen Pick-Up
Already collected your specimen? We can pick up urine, stool, saliva, sputum, and other eligible specimens and deliver them to your preferred laboratory. Pricing varies based on location.
