What services do you offer?
We provide mobile phlebotomy services, specimen collection and delivery, wellness lab testing, and health screenings—all from the comfort of your home, office, or preferred location.
What areas do you serve?
We are currently serving Phoenix, Arizona and surrounding areas, with continued operations and partnerships expanding from Minnesota.
How does mobile lab service work?
We come directly to you at your scheduled time to collect your specimen. After collection, we securely transport your sample to a certified laboratory for processing.
Appointments & Booking
How do I schedule an appointment?

What are your hours of operation?
We offer flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, and limited weekend availability to accommodate your needs.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance, but same-day appointments may be available depending on scheduling.
Pricing & Payments
How much do your services cost?
Our standard mobile lab draw fee varies, and we also offer seasonal promotions—such as our $50 Summer Special. Pricing may vary based on location, service type, and travel distance.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we primarily operate on a self-pay basis. However, your lab tests may be covered separately through the laboratory or your provider. We can provide receipts upon request.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including debit/credit cards and other electronic payment options.
Lab Orders & Testing
Do I need a doctor’s order?
For most lab tests, a provider’s order is required. However, we also offer select wellness lab testing options that can be ordered without a primary care provider for an additional fee.
What types of tests can you collect?
We collect a wide range of specimens including routine blood work, specialty labs, wellness panels, and more.
How do I receive my results?
Lab results are provided directly through the laboratory or your ordering provider. We do not interpret or diagnose results but can guide you on how to access them.
Preparation & Visit Expectations
Do I need to fast before my appointment?
Some lab tests require fasting. Please confirm with your provider or the lab order instructions prior to your appointment.
How long does the appointment take?
Most appointments take approximately 15–30 minutes, depending on the service.

Yes! We offer specimen pickup and delivery services to ensure timely and secure transport to laboratories.
