Service Description
A quick and professional blood collection service used for routine lab testing and health monitoring. We provide convenient mobile service at your home, workplace, or facility. Common tests include: CBC (Complete Blood Count) CMP (Metabolic Panel) Cholesterol / Lipid Panel A1C / Glucose Thyroid and Vitamin levels
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required for all appointments to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a non-refundable deposit.
