Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mobile Labs & Wellness, we strive to provide convenient, high-quality services to every client. To ensure fairness and availability, we have established the following policy.

Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made with proper notice will not incur a fee

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee

  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited:

  • Services already performed are non-refundable

  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for cancellations made in accordance with our policy

  • If a service cannot be completed due to circumstances on our end, a refund or reschedule will be offered

Deposits (If Applicable)

  • Deposits may be required to secure appointments

  • Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows

  • Deposits may be applied to rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given
