Service Description
We provide mobile specimen collection for a wide range of lab panels and specialty testing. Services are available for tests ordered by your healthcare provider, as well as select direct-to-consumer lab options available through our partnered laboratories. Common panels may include: Basic and Comprehensive Panels (CBC, CMP, Lipid, A1C) Thyroid and Vitamin Testing Hormone Panels Specialty and functional lab kits We ensure proper collection, handling, and coordination with your designated lab for accurate processing. Please note: Lab testing may be ordered through your provider or directly through partnered laboratories at varying costs. Mobile collection fees are separate from laboratory testing fees.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required for all appointments to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a non-refundable deposit.
